No order is complete until you are fully satisfied and nothing should keep our Tassel Tales products from getting to you.
We ship from Austria to many countries around the world within 5 to 10 business days after placement of your order and receipt of your payment. However, expect longer delivery times for shipments outside the European Union.
Shipping and handling charges are based on destination regardless of the size and weight of your order.
AUSTRIA & GERMANY
The standard shipping charges for Austria and Germany are 5€.
INTERNATIONAL & SHIPPING TO THE REST OF EUROPE
For international shippings and shippings to the rest of Europe the cost differ for each country and the cost for your shipping is clearly indicated during checkout process.
Orders to Switzerland or countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our customers.

Your order will be shipped by GLS, DHL or by the Austrian postal service to the address you specified.

You have 14 days to return an item. Customers are responsible for returns-shipping costs.
We will give you a full refund - minus the shipping and returns-shipping cost - within 21 days when your return is registered at our warehouse. Items returned for credit or exchange must be clean, unwashed, unworn, and with their original tags and packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original dust bags.
Tassel-Tales.com reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet its return policy requirements.
Send us an email to notify us that you would like to return a product. Use the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject RETURN. Include your full name, transaction ID, the reason for your return and your full address.
We will respond within 24 hours.
Please schedule your own pick up via GLS, DHL or your preferred shipping company.
Package your return in the original bag or paper and box (we try to keep waste to a minimum; so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much you can).
Fill in the returns note. Give the reason for your return and put the note in the parcel.
Wait for your shipping representative to pick up your parcel.
When returned items are received and approved, we will give you a full refund of your order - minus the shipping and returns-shipping cost - within 21 days. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you use a trustworthy delivery service.
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, please note that you will have to first return the item you wish to exchange and then proceed with a new "regular" order.
